NEW YORK, July 13 (Reuters) - AG Mortgage 投資 信用 Inc, a real 広い地所 投資 信用 (REIT) managed by Angelo Gordon & Co, made a 在庫／株-and-cash 申し込む／申し出 on Thursday for Western 資産 Mortgage 資本／首都 Corp, a peer managed by Franklin 資源s Inc, that values it at about $300 million, 含むing 負債.
If successful, AG Mortgage's 企て，努力，提案 would 混乱に陥れる／中断させる an all-在庫／株 取引，協定 that Western 資産 Mortgage 明かすd on June 28 to 合併する with Terra 所有物／資産／財産 信用 Inc (TPT), a REIT managed by Mavik 資本／首都 管理／経営 LP.
