UN 緊急発進するs to save 黒人／ボイコット Sea 穀物 取引，協定, with EU help, ahead of Monday 最終期限

UNITED NATIONS, July 13 (Reuters) - The European （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 is helping the 国際連合 and Turkey try to 延長する a 取引，協定 許すing the 黒人／ボイコット Sea 輸出（する） of ウクライナ共和国 穀物 and is open to "調査する all 解答s," a European Union spokesperson said on Thursday, ahead of the 取引，協定's possible 満期 on Monday.

The EU is considering connecting a 子会社 of the ロシアの 農業の Bank (Rosselkhozbank) to the international 支払い（額） 網状組織 SWIFT to 許す for 穀物 and fertilizer 処理／取引s, sources familiar with discussions told Reuters on Wednesday.
U.N. 長官-General Antonio Guterres 提案するd in a letter to ロシアの 大統領 Vladimir Putin on Tuesday that Moscow 許す the 黒人／ボイコット Sea 穀物 取引，協定 to continue for several months to give the EU time to connect a Rosselkhozbank 子会社 to SWIFT, two of those sources familiar with discussions told Reuters.
During a visit to Brussels on Thursday, Guterres told reporters that he had not yet received a 返答 from Russia. He said his letter to Putin 含む／封じ込めるd "固める／コンクリート 提案s that I hope can 許す us to find a 肯定的な way 今後."

EU 'OPEN TO EXPLORE SOLUTIONS'
The European （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限's 優先 is to 確実にする that Ukrainian 穀物 can reach the world market and it calls on all parties to 延長する the 黒人／ボイコット Sea 取引，協定, an EU spokesperson in Brussels said on Thursday.
"We are 補助装置ing the 会談 led by the U.N. and Turkey as 要求するd," the spokesperson said. "We are of course open to 調査する all 解答s that 与える／捧げる to our 客観的な, whilst continuing to 確実にする that Russia's ability to 行う war in ウクライナ共和国 is 妨害するd as much as possible."

Ukrainian 大統領 Volodymyr Zelenskiy said he spoke with South African 大統領 Cyril Ramaphosa on Thursday and that they both agreed it was "決定的な" to 延長する the 黒人／ボイコット Sea 取引，協定.

'BALL IN RUSSIA'S COURT'
More than 32 million tonnes of corn, wheat and other 穀物s have been 輸出（する）d by ウクライナ共和国 under the 協定. Russia has complained that not enough reaches poor countries, but the U.N. argues that it has 利益d those 明言する／公表するs by helping lower food prices more than 20% globally.
To 納得させる Russia to agree to the 黒人／ボイコット Sea 取引，協定, a three-year memorandum of understanding was struck in July 2022 under which U.N. 公式の／役人s agreed to help Russia get its food and fertilizer 輸出（する）s to foreign markets.
While ロシアの 輸出（する）s of food and fertilizer are not 支配する to Western 許可／制裁s 課すd after the 侵略 of ウクライナ共和国, Moscow says 制限s on 支払い（額）s, 兵たん業務 and 保険 have 量d to a 障壁 to 出荷／船積みs.
As a workaround to the 欠如（する） of 接近 to SWIFT, U.N. 公式の／役人s have got U.S. bank JPMorgan Chase & Co to start 過程ing some ロシアの 穀物 輸出（する） 支払い（額）s with 安心s from the U.S. 政府.
The U.N. is also working with the African 輸出入銀行 to create a 壇・綱領・公約 to help 過程 処理／取引s for ロシアの 輸出（する）s of 穀物 and fertilizer to Africa, a U.N. 貿易（する） 公式の／役人 told Reuters last month.
