North Korea to make rare 声明 at UN 安全 会議

UNITED NATIONS, July 13 (Reuters) - North Korea is 始める，決める to make a rare 声明 during a 国際連合 安全 会議 会合 on Thursday, which was called over Pyongyang's 開始する，打ち上げる of an intercontinental 弾道学の ミサイル (大陸間弾道弾).
North Korea requested to speak at the 会合 of the 15-member 団体／死体 and 広大な／多数の／重要な Britain - as 会議 大統領，／社長 for July - ーするつもりであるs to 認める it, said Mungo Woodifield, spokesperson for Britain's U.N. 使節団 in New York.
