In rare UN 外見, North Korea defends ミサイル 開始する，打ち上げる

UNITED NATIONS, July 13 (Reuters) - North Korea's 開始する，打ち上げる of an intercontinental 弾道学の ミサイル (大陸間弾道弾) was an 演習 of its 権利 to self-弁護 "to 阻止する dangerous 軍の moves of 敵意を持った 軍隊s and 保護（する）／緊急輸入制限 the 安全 of our 明言する／公表する," the country's U.N. （外交）使節／代表 told the 安全 会議 on Thursday during a rare 外見.

North Korea - 正式に known as the Democratic People's 共和国 of Korea (DPRK) - has been under U.N. 許可／制裁s for its ミサイル and 核の programs since 2006. This 含むs a 禁止（する） on the 開発 of 弾道学の ミサイルs.

CHINA SLAMS 北大西洋条約機構
DeLaurentis said the U.S. was committed to 外交 and "公然と and 個人として and at 上級の levels we have 繰り返して 勧めるd the DPRK to engage in 対話." He said Washington had made （疑いを）晴らす there were no 必須条件s for 約束／交戦 and it would "discuss any topic of 関心 to Pyongyang."
