黒人／ボイコット Sea 穀物 取引，協定 to 満了する／死ぬ Monday if Russia やめるs

UNITED NATIONS, July 17 (Reuters) - A 協定／条約 that has 許すd the 安全な 黒人／ボイコット Sea 輸出（する） of 穀物 from ウクライナ共和国 for the past year will 満了する／死ぬ at the end of Monday if Russia does not agree to 延長する the 協定 仲買人d by the 国際連合 and Turkey to 戦闘 a 全世界の food 危機 より悪くするd by Russia's 侵略 of its neighbor.
The last ship left ウクライナ共和国 under the 取引，協定 on Sunday. Russia's February 2022 侵略 and 封鎖 of ウクライナ共和国's 黒人／ボイコット Sea ports sent 全世界の 穀物 prices 急に上がるing. ウクライナ共和国 and Russia are の中で the world's 最高の，を越す 穀物 輸出業者s.
Nearly 33 million metric トンs of corn, wheat and other 穀物s have been 輸出（する）d by ウクライナ共和国 under the 協定.
Russia has 脅すd to やめる the 協定／条約 because it has said its 需要・要求するs to 改善する its own 穀物 and fertilizer 輸出（する）s have not been met. Russia also has complained that not enough 穀物 has reached poor countries. The 国際連合 has argued that the 協定 has 利益d those 明言する／公表するs by helping lower food prices more than 20% globally.
外務大臣 Sergei Lavrov said on Thursday that Russia had already begun talking to Turkey about a 計画（する） to 確実にする that ロシアの wheat - かもしれない 過程d by Turkey - reaches countries in need 関わりなく the 黒人／ボイコット Sea 取引，協定's 運命／宿命.

The 国際連合 has said its World Food Program has procured 80% of its wheat so far in 2023 from ウクライナ共和国 - up from 50% in 2021 and 2022. The World Food Program has shipped about 725,000 me tric トンs of Ukrainian wheat to Afghanistan, Sudan, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Kenya, Somalia and Yemen to fight hunger.
The world 団体／死体 has said the 取引，協定 so far has 供給（する）d 穀物 to 45 countries in three continents - 46% to Asia, 40% to Western Europe, 12% to Africa and 1% to Eastern Europe.
Russia has agreed three times in the past year to 延長する the 黒人／ボイコット Sea 取引，協定, but also 簡潔に 一時停止するd its 参加 at the end of October in 返答 to a drone attack on its (n)艦隊／(a)素早い in Crimea.
To 納得させる Russia to agree to the 黒人／ボイコット Sea 取引，協定, a three-year 取引，協定 was also struck in July 2022 under which U.N. 公式の／役人s agreed to help Russia get its food and fertilizer 輸出（する）s to foreign markets.
