Britain's Entain to buy U.S.-based Angstrom Sports for up to $266 mln

Ladbrokes-owner Entain on Monday agreed to acquire U.S.-based Angstrom Sports for a 可能性のある consideration of up to 203 million 続けざまに猛撃するs ($266 million) as it looks to 広げる its 足跡 in the country.
The 取得／買収 of the sports modelling, 予測（する）ing and data analytics company will 構成する a total consideration of 81 million 続けざまに猛撃するs and 次第で変わる／派遣部隊 支払い（額）s of 122 million 続けざまに猛撃するs over three years, the company said in a 声明.
