スイスの 投資家 group 訴訟 to 捜し出す 補償（金） over UBS-Credit Suisse 取引，協定
ZURICH, July 17 (Reuters) - A スイスの 投資家s' 協会 is planning to とじ込み／提出する a 訴訟 捜し出すing 補償（金） for former Credit Suisse 株主s, the 最新の 合法的な 活動／戦闘 誘発する／引き起こすd by the bank's 緊急 引き継ぎ／買収 by its cross-town 競争相手 UBS.
"予定 to the large number of 調査s, the スイスの 協会 for the 保護 of 投資家s (SASV) has decided to 調整する a 訴訟 under Art. 105 of the 合併 行為／法令／行動する," the group said in a 声明.
"The 目的（とする） is to 得る a cash 補償（金） 支払い（額） for Credit Suisse 株主s corresponding to the value between the 株 price 始める，決める by the 合併 協定 and the 株 price 決定するd by the 法廷，裁判所," it 追加するd.
UBS 拒絶する／低下するd to comment.
Under the 取引，協定, 調印（する）d last month, Credit Suisse 株主s were 申し込む／申し出d one UBS 株 for 22.48 Credit Suisse 株, valuing the stricken bank at 3 billion スイスの フランs ($3.49 billion).
That compared to a market capitalisation of around 7 billion スイスの フランs on the last 貿易（する）ing day before the 取引，協定 was 発表するd in March.
A separate class 活動／戦闘 was 開始する，打ち上げるd last month by スイスの 合法的な start up LegalPass 捜し出すing a higher payout from the 取引，協定 for 株主s.

A group of Credit Suisse AT1 bondholders has also とじ込み／提出するd a class 活動／戦闘 控訴 告発する／非難するing former (n)役員／(a)執行力のあるs at the スイスの bank, 含むing three past CEOs, of 存在 責任がある the bank's downfall.
SASV said 株主s had until Aug. 4 to 接触する the group to join the 活動／戦闘, which must be とじ込み／提出するd by Aug. 14 under スイスの 合併 法律.
