Papal （外交）使節／代表 to discuss 本国送還 of Ukrainian children with Biden

VATICAN CITY, July 17 (Reuters) - Italian 枢機けい／主要な Matteo Zuppi, 割り当てるd by ローマ法王 Francis to help bring peace to ウクライナ共和国, will discuss 本国に送還するing children who Kyiv and others say have been 国外追放するd by Russia with U.S. 大統領 Joe Biden in Washington as part of a three-day visit.
Zuppi will 会合，会う Biden on Tuesday at the White House where they will discuss the 苦しむing 原因（となる）d by the war, 人道的な 援助（する） and "the Papal See´s 焦点（を合わせる） on 本国に送還するing Ukrainian children 強制的に 国外追放するd by ロシアの 公式の／役人s," the White House said.
The Kyiv 政府 見積（る）s nearly 19,500 children have been taken to Russia or ロシアの-占領するd Crimea since February 2022, in what it 非難するs as 違法な 国外追放s.
The 国際刑事警察機構 法廷，裁判所 (ICC) in March 問題／発行するd an 逮捕（する） 令状 for ロシアの 大統領 Vladimir Putin, 告発する／非難するing him of the war 罪，犯罪 of 不法に 国外追放するing hundreds of children from ウクライナ共和国.
In June, ウクライナ共和国 brought its first 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s over 主張s of the 国外追放 of Kherson 孤児s against a ロシアの 政治家，政治屋 and two 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑うd Ukrainian 協力者s, に引き続いて a wider 調査 carried out in 協調 with the ICC.
Russia, whose 軍隊s 支配（する）／統制する parts of ウクライナ共和国's east and south に引き続いて its February 2022 侵略, has 否定するd 誘拐するing children and has 以前 said they have been 輸送（する）d away for their own safety.
Grigory Karasin, 長，率いる of the international 委員会 in the 連合 会議, Russia's upper house of 議会, said earlier this month that Russia had brought some 700,000 children from the 衝突 zones in ウクライナ共和国 into ロシアの 領土.
Zuppi has 以前 spoken about working on a "mechan ism" that could 確実にする the return of children and that he had 本人自身で discussed the 問題／発行する with Francis.
Last month, Zuppi visited Moscow, where he met with the 長，率いる of Russia's 影響力のある 正統派の Church, Patriarch Kirill, and with Russia's Children's Commissioner Maria Lvova-Belova.
Earlier in June, he visited Kyiv and met with Ukrainian 大統領 Volodymyr Zelenskiy.
