イスラエル recognises Moroccan 主権，独立 over Western Sahara

RABAT, July 17 (Reuters) - イスラエル has recognised Morocco's 主権，独立 over the 論争d 領土 of Western Sahara and is 検討する，考慮するing 開始 a 領事館 there, a 声明 from the Israeli 首相's office said on Monday.
The 告示 確認するd a 声明 earlier from Morocco's 王室の palace, which said イスラエル's position had been 表明するd in a letter to King Mohammed VI from Israeli 総理大臣 Benjamin Netanyahu.
イスラエル was considering 開始 a 領事館 in Dakhla, the 声明 said.
Morocco considers Western Sahara its own 領土, but the Algerian-支援するd Polisario 前線 wants an 独立した・無所属 明言する／公表する there. In 2020, then-U.S. 大統領 Donald Trump recognised Morocco's （人命などを）奪う，主張する to the 領土 in return for Morocco's 再開 of 外交の 関係 with イスラエル.
The Israeli position "will be sent to the 国際連合, 地域の and international organisations", the 声明 from Morocco's 王室の palace 引用するs the letter as 説.
Twenty-eight other countries - mostly African and Arab - have opened 領事館s in Dakhla or the city of Laayoune, in what Morocco sees as 有形の support for its Western Saharan 支配する.
イスラエル's position on Western Sahara was "（疑いを）晴らす-削減（する）" and 追加するs to the 勢い in Morocco's favour, after Washington and Madrid, in 新規加入 to other European 資本／首都s, supported its 計画（する） for the 領土, a 上級の Moroccan 政府 公式の／役人 told Reuters.
The Israeli 承認 would not 影響する／感情 Morocco's "原則s" in defending the two-明言する／公表する 解答 to the Israeli-Palestinian 衝突, he 追加するd.
Morocco 推定する／予想するs the 決定／判定勝ち（する） to encourage Israeli 投資s in the 領土, he said.
As an 指示，表示する物 of warming 関係, the Israeli 軍の earlier on Monday 任命するd a 陸軍大佐 as defence attach? to Morocco.
Since the 再開 of 関係, Morocco and イスラエル have 調印するd 協調 協定s, 含むing a defence 協定／条約.
