Pertamina, Petronas to 支払う／賃金 up to $650 mln for 爆撃する's Masela gas 火刑／賭ける

TANGERANG, Indonesia, July 25 (Reuters) - Indonesia's Pertamina and Malaysia's Petronas 調印するd an 協定 with 爆撃する on Tuesday to buy its 35% 火刑／賭ける in the Masela natural gas 封鎖する for up to $650 million, moving the 事業／計画（する） 今後 after years of 延期する.
Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) will take 20% and Petronas Masela Sdn Bhd will take a 15% 火刑／賭ける in the Indonesian gas 封鎖する, the companies said at a 調印 儀式 at the Indonesia 石油 協会 会議／協議会.
The base consideration for the sale is $325 million with a 次第で変わる／派遣部隊 量 of $325 million to be paid when the final 投資 決定／判定勝ち（する） is taken on the Abadi 液化するd natural gas (LNG) 事業／計画（する）, 爆撃する said in a 声明.
Abadi LNG, led by Japan's Inpex Corp, will use gas from the Masela 封鎖する, 位置を示すd 150 km (93 miles) 沖合いの／海外の of Saumlaki in Maluku 州, to produce 9.5 million metric トンs per year of LNG at its 頂点（に達する） which will be 輸出（する）d from the 提案するd 終点.

"Indonesia still has a 抱擁する 可能性のある of natural gas source, so we are in the race to 調査する, 偉業／利用する, to make it as a big 橋（渡しをする） to support our energy 移行," Indonesian Energy 大臣 Arifin Tasrif said in his 開始 発言／述べるs at the 会議／協議会.
