ZURICH, July 25 (Reuters) - スイスの 私的な bank Julius Baer will end all 商売／仕事 with （弁護士の）依頼人s based in Russia, it told them in a letter seen by Reuters on Tuesday, as wealth 経営者／支配人s navigate a 広げるing 逮捕する of 許可／制裁s and 制限s 関係のある to Moscow's 侵略 of ウクライナ共和国.
Julius Baer will 中止する 商売／仕事 with （弁護士の）依頼人s 住所／本籍d in Russia by no later than Dec. 31, the letter said, while wealth 管理／経営 activities such as 委任統治（領）s managing （弁護士の）依頼人s' 投資s, credit 協定s and credit card 契約s, would be 終結させるd by the end of September.
Julius Baer 拒絶する／低下するd to comment.
The move comes as スイスの banks, 中心s for 沖合いの／海外の wealth, have entered the crosshairs of 当局, who have been using 許可／制裁s, 資産 凍結するs and 犯罪の 調査（する）s to 圧力 Russia's 豊富な エリート and 減ずる support for 大統領 Vladimir Putin.
In March, Bloomberg 報告（する）／憶測d that Switzerland's two biggest banks at the time -- Credit Suisse and UBS --were under scrutiny in a U.S. 司法省 (DOJ) 調査（する） into whether 財政上の professionals helped ロシアの oligarchs 避ける 許可／制裁s.
Credit Suisse has since been taken over by UBS, making Julius Baer the second-largest of Switzerland's 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）d 貸す人s.
In a deviation from its 伝統的な 中立, Switzerland moved in March 2022 to 可決する・採択する 許可／制裁s that the European Union (EU) 課すd on ロシアの people and companies and 凍結する their 資産s to punish the 侵略 of ウクライナ共和国.
It has since continued to 広げる 許可／制裁s in line with EU moves.
As of Nov. 25 2022, Switzerland had frozen some 7.5 billion スイスの フランs ($8.63 billion) in 関係のある 財政上の 資産s, the 機関 over seeing 許可／制裁s said in December, compared to some 46.1 billion フランs in 存在するing deposits held by ロシアの 国家のs and ロシアの-住所／本籍d persons.
In March 2022 Julius Baer said it was 停止（させる）ing any new 商売／仕事 with 豊富な ロシアのs, as European 貸す人s worked to 限界 their （危険などに）さらす to Russia's エリート.
