Niger 逮捕（する）s 政治家，政治屋s after クーデター, other 革命評議会s 発言する／表明する support

NIAMEY, July 31 (Reuters) -
The 革命評議会 that 掴むd 力／強力にする in Niger last week 拘留するd 上級の 政治家，政治屋s on Monday, their party said, 反抗するing international calls to 回復する democratic 支配する, while fellow 軍の 支配者s in West Africa 表明するd their support.
The 倒す of 大統領 Mohamed Bazoum has sent shockwaves across West Africa, pitting Niger's former Western 同盟（する）s against the likes of Russia and other 革命評議会 leaders in the 地域.
The African Union, the U.N., the European Union and other 力／強力にするs have 非難するd the 倒す of 大統領 Mohamed Bazoum - the seventh 軍の 引き継ぎ／買収 in いっそう少なく than three years in West and Central Africa that has 土台を崩すd democratic 進歩 in one of the world's poorest 地域s.

has 課すd
許可／制裁s, 含むing a 停止（させる） in all 財政上の 処理／取引s and a 国家の 資産s 凍結する, and said it could authorise 軍隊 to 復帰させる Bazoum, who is still locked in his palace.
But the 革命評議会s of 隣人ing Burkina Faso, Mali and Guinea all 発言する／表明するd their support for the クーデター's leaders on Monday.
"Mali and Burkina Faso 警告する that any 軍の 介入 in Niger will be considered as a 宣言 of war against Burkina Faso and Mali," said a 共同の 声明 read on both countries' 国家の 放送者s.
Niger's 革命評議会 on Monday 逮捕（する）d the 追い出すd 政府's 地雷s 大臣, the 長，率いる of the 与党 and the oil 大臣, の中で others.

RUSSIAN FLAGS
Last Wednesday's クーデター has raised 恐れるs for the 安全 of the Sahel 地域. Niger is the world's seventh-biggest 生産者 of ウラン, the 放射性の metal 広範囲にわたって used for 核の energy and 扱う／治療するing 癌.
The 部隊d 明言する／公表するs, former 植民地の 力／強力にする フラン and other Western 明言する／公表するs have 軍隊／機動隊s in Niger and had been working with the 政府 to 打ち勝つ an Islamist 暴動 by groups linked to Islamic 明言する／公表する and al Qaeda.
But attacks on 非軍事のs and 兵士s 固執する, fomenting discontent and 緊張するing relations with Western 力／強力にするs.
There have been four 引き継ぎ／買収s in 隣人ing Mali and Burkina Faso during the last two years, all of which have come まっただ中に 失望／欲求不満s about growing insecurity. Both countries have turned ますます に向かって Russia as an 同盟（する）.
The クーデター leaders, who have 指名するd General Abdourahamane Tiani, the former 大統領の guard 長，指導者, as 長，率いる of 明言する／公表する, said they overthrew Bazoum over poor governance and discontent with the way he 扱うd the Islamist 脅し.
On Sunday, 支持者s of the 革命評議会 燃やすd French 旗s and attacked the French 大使館 in Niger's 資本／首都, Niamey, 誘発するing police to 解雇する／砲火／射撃 ボレーs of 涙／ほころび gas in 返答.
Yevgeny Prigozhin, the 長，率いる of Russia's Wagner mercenary group, last week welcomed the クーデター in Niger, and said his 軍隊s were 利用できる to 回復する order.
The Kremlin said on Monday that the 状況／情勢 in Niger was "原因（となる） for serious 関心" and called for a swift return to 憲法の order.
ECONOMIC PINCH
ECOWAS appears to have taken a tougher 姿勢 に向かって Niger than its 革命評議会-led 隣人s, which have been 許可／制裁d but never 脅すd with 軍隊.
Both the EU and フラン have 支援するd the 圏's 返答 一時停止するd their own 財政上の support, while the U.S. has 脅すd to do so.
"The EU and Niger 株 深い 関係 developed over １０年間s. The 容認できない attack on the 民主的に elected 政府 puts these 関係 in jeopardy," European （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 大統領 Ursula 出身の der Leyen 地位，任命するd on X, the 壇・綱領・公約 以前は known as Twitter.
After days of 騒動, the International 通貨の 基金 said it was closely 監視するing 開発s in Niger. But the 国際通貨基金 has not yet taken any 明確な／細部 活動／戦闘s in 返答 to the クーデター.
It has yet to 支出する a $131.5 million 貸付金 to Niger that was 認可するd on July 5, it 追加するd.
The 地域の central bank has 一方／合間 cancelled Niger's planned 30 billion CFA ($51 million) 社債 発行, scheduled for Monday in the West African 地域の 負債 market, に引き続いて 許可／制裁s, sources said.
