DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Pakistan, July 31 (Reuters) - Islamic 明言する／公表する on Monday （人命などを）奪う，主張するd 責任／義務 for the 自殺 爆破 of a political 決起大会／結集させる in northwest Pakistan held by a 宗教的な group 連合した to the 政府 as the death （死傷者）数 from the attack rose to 45.
The 爆撃機 struck at a 集会 on Sunday of the 保守的な Jamiat Ulema Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) party, which is known for its links to 強行路線 Islamists but which 非難するs 交戦的なs 捜し出すing to 倒す the Pakistani 政府.
The attack in the Bajaur 地区 of northwest Pakistan, 近づく the 国境 with Afghanistan, 構内／化合物d 安全 関心s in the runup to a 国家の 選挙 in November.

"The attack comes in the natural 状況 of the 現在進行中の war 行うd by the Islamic 明言する／公表する against '僕主主義' as a 政権 敵意を持った to true Islam and in 衝突 with its divine 法律," the group's Amaq 機関 said on 電報電信.
An 公式の／役人 at a 明言する／公表する-run 救助（する） 機関, Bilal Faizi, said the death （死傷者）数 had risen to 45. Of more than 130 負傷させるd people, 61 were under 治療, 政府 health 助言者 Riaz Anwar said.
総理大臣 Shehbaz Sharif den ounced the 爆破 as an attack on the democratic 過程. Prospects for the 選挙 have already been clouded by months of 競争 between main parties and 告訴，告発s of 軍の 関与 in 非軍事の politics, which the 軍の 否定するs.
The 政府's 任期 ends in the first half of August, after which 選挙s are to be held before 早期に November, the runup to which is usually packed with political 決起大会／結集させるs and （選挙などの）運動をするing.
"A justification for 延期するing the 選挙 can 強化する if a 一連の such attacks continue to happen," Pakistan's former 反対する-テロ行為 長，指導者 Khawaja Khalid Farooq told Reuters.
"Such 的d attacks may 影響する／感情 the 業績／成果 and electioneering （選挙などの）運動をする of 影響する／感情d 政党s."
Pakistan has seen a resurgence of attacks by Islamist 交戦的なs since last year when a 停戦 between the Pakistani Taliban, the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and the 政府 broke 負かす／撃墜する.
