PRAGUE/WARSAW, Aug 2 (Reuters) - From building apartments for new 従業員s to 申し込む／申し出ing retired 労働者s 解放する／自由な canteen meals to 株 their 専門的知識, Central Europe's 武器 製造業者s are 緊急発進するing for new ways to 対処する with the biggest にわか景気 since the end of the 冷淡な War.
直面するing some of the tightest 労働 markets in Europe, 武器s 製造者s in Poland and the Czech 共和国 are 開始する，打ち上げるing or 拡大するing programs to 新採用する and train new 労働者s after the ウクライナ共和国 war drove a spike in 需要・要求する for their 生産／産物s.

Take Czech 弾薬／武器 and 大砲 爆撃する 生産者 STV Group. It has agreed with the city closest to its biggest 工場／植物 in Policka, some 200 kilometres (125 miles) southeast of Prague, to build company-財政／金融d apartments for new 雇うs, the company's chairman David Hac told Reuters.
The company has also begun 申し込む／申し出ing retired 労働者s meals at the canteen so they can 株 knowledge of recently re-started lines producing Soviet-時代 弾薬／武器 for ウクライナ共和国, he 追加するd.
"This informal 交流 of ideas has excellent and 即座の 影響s on the efficiency of 生産／産物 過程s, 特に when you are 再開するing 生産／産物 of 製品s that have been out of 生産／産物 for a long time," Hac said.

KEY WEAPONS PIPELINE

The 政府 has also started discussions about 雇うing some of the hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian 難民s - most of whom are women and children - living in the country to help companies struggling to find 労働者s, the 弁護 省 said.
PITCHING PATRIOTISM
Other 部門s in Poland - 現れるing Europe's biggest economy - and the Czech 共和国 have struggled in 最近の years to find 労働者s: a 状況／情勢 that has driven up labor costs and 鈍らせるd growth.
