VinFast to 配達する EVs to Europe this year as EU 調査（する）s 中国 競争相手s

HANOI, Sept 21 (Reuters) - Vietnamese electric 乗り物s 製造者 VinFast 計画（する）s to ship its first EVs to Europe this year after receiving regulatory 是認, its 長，指導者 (n)役員／(a)執行力のある told Reuters on Thursday, as the European Union considers 課すing 関税s on its Chinese 競争相手s.
