South Korea 課すs 許可／制裁s over North Korea's 武器 貿易（する） with countries 含むing Russia
SEOUL, Sept 21 (Reuters) - South Korea 課すd fresh 許可／制裁s on 10 individuals and two （独立の）存在s in relation to North Korea's 核の program and 武器s 貿易（する） with three countries, 含むing Russia, the foreign 省 said on Thursday.
North Korea's defence 大臣 and the 長，指導者 of staff of its 軍の are の中で the individuals 直面するing new 許可／制裁s, the 省 said in a 声明.
The 許可／制裁s are in 返答 to North Korea's 違法な activities that 脅す the 全世界の community, and peace and 安定 on the Korean 半島, the 省 said.
The 許可／制裁s 的ing four individuals and two （独立の）存在s 関係のある to North Korea's 武器s 貿易（する） with three countries, 含むing Russia, 伴う／関わる a Slovakian company, Versor S.R.O., and its 長，指導者 (n)役員／(a)執行力のある, Ashot Mkrtychev of Slovakia, it said.
The 省 did not 供給する 詳細（に述べる）s of the 武器s 貿易（する）.
The 許可／制裁s against the North's defence 大臣 and the 長，指導者 of staff of the 軍の are in 返答 to the North's 核の and ミサイル 開発s, the 省 said.
The move to 課す 許可／制裁s comes after South Korean 大統領 Yoon Suk Yeol said it would be a "
direct 誘発
" if Russia helped North Korea 高める its 武器s program in return for help for its war in ウクライナ共和国.
Yoon made the comments in his 演説（する）／住所 to the U.N. General 議会. North Korea's leader Kim Jong Un made a weeklong visit to Russia last week and discussed 軍の 協調 with ロシアの 大統領 Vladimir Putin.
