Chinese 海軍 捜し出すs 卒業生（する） students for 軍用機 操縦する program
BEIJING, Sept 21 (Reuters) - The Chinese 海軍 wants to 雇う 卒業生（する） students to 飛行機で行く shipborne 航空機, and is raising the age 限界 to 拡大する its search as it 捜し出すs to 改善する the 資格s of its 空気／公表する 職員／兵員 and build a "strong army".
Besides 昇格ing its 金物類／武器類 from 軍艦s to 軍用機s, 中国 is also trying to 改善する the calibre of its 新採用するs, as the 軍の is a career path 伝統的に favoured by the いっそう少なく educated.
In an 宣伝 on social マスコミ 壇・綱領・公約 WeChat, the People's 解放 Army 海軍 said it was 捜し出すing 卒業生（する） students with master's degrees in science and 工学 who are younger than 26 to 操縦する 航空機 from ships.
Last year, it 許すd undergraduates 老年の 24 or below to 適用する for the first time. Before that, the 限界 was high school 卒業生（する）s age 20 and younger.
"The need for high-質 軍の talent becomes more imperative day by day," the People's 解放 Army 海軍 said in the 宣伝, published on Wednesday. "The 使節団 and 仕事s of the 海軍 continue to 拡大する. The 速度(を上げる） of the 戦略の 転換 of the 海軍 is 存在 加速するd."
候補者s must be male with a clean "political history" and no 合法的な or disciplinary history, によれば the 宣伝.
