Norway raises 率 to 4.25%, likely to 引き上げ（る） again in Dec

OSLO, Sept 21 (Reuters) - Norway's central bank raised its （判断の）基準 利益／興味 率 by 25 basis points (bps) to 4.25% on Thursday to 抑制（する） インフレーション, as 広範囲にわたって 予報するd, and, in a surprise move, said it would probably 引き上げ（る） again in December.
All 30 経済学者s 投票d in 前進する by Reuters 推定する／予想するd a 25-basis-point 引き上げ（る） on Thursday, and a 大多数 of 関係者s had 予報するd that this would 示す the 頂点（に達する） of Norges Bank's two-year （選挙などの）運動をする of 強化するing.
"There will likely be one 付加 政策 率 引き上げ（る）, most probably in December," 知事 Ida Wolden Bache said in a 声明.
The 政策 率 was 予測（する） to stay around 4.50% through 2024, the central bank 追加するd.
Only five 経済学者s in the Reuters 投票 had 推定する／予想するd 率s to 攻撃する，衝突する 4.50% this year.
But a December 引き上げ（る） is not a certainty and will depend on how 経済的な 条件s develop, Norges Bank said.
Based on the central bank's own 予測（する）, 分析家s at Handelsbanken 概算の the 見込み of a December 率 rise to be between 70% and 80%.
"Unless we see a 詐欺師 悪化／低下 in 重要な 経済的な data, or a 詐欺師 downtrend in インフレーション, Norges Bank is 目的（とする）ing for yet another 引き上げ（る） by the end of this year," Handelsbanken 分析家s said in a 公式文書，認める.

INFLATION

The European Central Bank raised its 重要な 利益／興味 率 last week to a 記録，記録的な／記録する high of 4%, signalling that was likely to be its final 引き上げ（る） in a 14-month-long fight against インフレーション.
