CALGARY, Alberta, Sept 20 (Reuters) - 政府 政策s to fight 気候 change are discouraging oil companies from 投資するing ひどく in new 生産／産物 even as they turn in 記録，記録的な／記録する 利益（をあげる）s - a dynamic that could （一定の）期間 tight 供給（する） and high prices as clean energy 代案／選択肢s 捜し出す to fill the 無効の.
