RIO DE JANEIRO, Sept 21 (Reuters) - Luis Cassiano climbs a ladder and gently places small bundles of 工場/植物s on a tin rooftop in a poor Rio de Janeiro 近隣.

The 53-year-old Brazilian 環境の 行動主義者 is 工場/植物ing "green roofs" to grow 頂上に the Rio homes in an 成果/努力 to lower the sweltering 気温s inside.
