UPDATE 1-BP, 爆撃する reach 協定 with Trinidad to 調査する deepwater 封鎖するs

A BP Plc and 爆撃する Plc 国際借款団／連合 has reached an 協定 with Trinidad and Tobago to 調査する three deepwater 封鎖するs for 炭化水素 生産／産物 in the Caribbean country, 大臣 of Energy Stuart Young said on Thursday.
The 取引，協定 would help Trinidad 速度(を上げる） up 沖合いの／海外の 探検 and 生産／産物 to 安全な・保証する more natural gas to support its 液化するd natural gas and 石油化学（製品） 産業s.
"The 閣僚 認可するd the award of three deepwater 封鎖するs to a 国際借款団／連合 of BP and 爆撃する" on Sept. 8, Young said in a 圧力（をかける） 解放（する）. A 調印 儀式 is planned for Tuesday, Young said.
The office of the 弁護士／代理人／検事 general has to 調印する off on the 取引，協定 before licenses can be awarded, people with knowledge of the 事柄 said.
Young said 交渉s were コンビナート／複合体 because the 封鎖するs had not 以前 been 調査するd and 予定 to the challenges 伴う／関わるd in deepwater 開発.
"The 国際借款団／連合 can 確認する that they are の近くに to 完結するing 交渉s with the 政府 of Trinidad and Tobago relating to deepwater 封鎖するs 沖合いの／海外の Trinidad and Tobago," BP and 爆撃する said in a 解放（する）.
The 協定 comes almost nine months after Trinidad's 政府 拒絶するd 企て，努力，提案s 初めは submitted by the 国際借款団／連合 for failing to 会合，会う 最小限 thresholds.

爆撃する and BP are the largest 株主s of Trinidad's 大西洋 LNG 輸出（する） 事業／計画（する）, the largest in Latin America, which has an 任命する／導入するd capacity of 15 million metric トンs per 年 (MTPA). But it has been producing 10 MTPA 予定 to insufficient gas 供給（する）.
