Sept 21 (Reuters) - Adevinta, 支援するd by eBay , said on Thursday it has received a 提案 from a 国際借款団／連合 led by Permira and Blackstone regarding a 可能性のある 申し込む／申し出 to acquire the company.
The discussions are at an 早期に 行う／開催する／段階 and there can be no certainty as to whether a final 申し込む／申し出 will be made, Oslo-based Adevinta said.
Bloomberg News earlier 報告（する）／憶測d that Blackstone and Permira are 調査するing a 可能性のある 取得／買収 of Adevinta.
