German gearbox 製造者 Renk Group 延期するs IPO
Oct 4 (Reuters) - German defence 請負業者 Renk Group said on Wednesday it has decided to 延期する its planned 初期の public 申し込む／申し出ing (IPO), 特記する／引用するing a "clouded" market 環境.
The start of 貿易（する）ing in Renk 株 had been scheduled for Oct. 5. But the company, which 供給（する）s gearboxes for Germany's ヒョウ 戦う／戦い 戦車／タンク, said in a 声明 it was considering the 選択 of an IPO at a later date.
Renk last month had 発表するd 計画（する）s for a 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）ing on the Frankfurt 在庫／株 交流 which could see its 私的な 公正，普通株主権 owner Triton sell part of its 火刑／賭ける.
The company had said it would price its IPO at 15 to 18 euros per 株, which would have given it a 可能性のある valuation of up to 1.8 billion euros ($1.89 billion).
