U.S. opens its 最北の 外交の 駅／配置する, in 北極の Norway

OSLO, Oct 27 (Reuters) - The 部隊d 明言する／公表するs will on Friday open its 最北の 外交の 駅／配置する in the world, a symbol of the 北極の's 増加するd importance in Washington, at a time when 協調 の中で 北極の nations has been 攻撃する，衝突する by Russia's 侵略 of ウクライナ共和国.
国務長官 Antony Blinken 発表するd the 開始 of the 駅／配置する, in Tromsoe, northern Norway, in June, as a means for the US to have a "外交の 足跡 above the 北極の Circle", he said.
Called a "presence 地位，任命する", it will not 申し込む／申し出 領事の services.
"Symbolically, it is 重要な," Andreas Oesthagen, a 上級の 研究 fellow at the Oslo-based Fridtjof Nansen 学校／設ける, told Reuters.
"It is a gesture that showcases just how much more important the US sees the 北極の now than only five or ten years ago."
