Nov 6 (Reuters) - 液化するd natural gas (LNG) developer New 要塞 Energy said on Monday it has 調印するd a 取引，協定 to 借り切る／憲章 a floating 貯蔵 and regasification 部隊 (FSRU) from Brazil's Petrobras starting in December.
