DUBAI, Dec 1 (Reuters) - 国際連合 長官-General Antonio Guterres told world leaders on Friday that the 燃やすing of 化石 燃料s must be stopped 完全な and a 削減 or abatement in their use would not be enough to stop 全世界の warming.
"We cannot save a 燃やすing 惑星 with a 解雇する／砲火／射撃 靴下／だます of 化石 燃料s," Guterres said in a speech to the COP28 首脳会議 in Dubai.
