FIFA's スパイ／執行官 料金 cap 違反s British 競争 法律: FA 法廷
Dec 1 (Reuters) - 提案するd FIFA 規則s for football スパイ／執行官s, 含むing a 料金 cap, are 相いれない with British 競争 法律, an English FA 法廷 支配するd on Thursday after a five-month 仲裁.
The 法廷 was 始める，決める up in June when 機関s CAA Base, Wasserman, Stellar and ARETE challenged the 実施 of FIFA's new 規則s in the 国家の Football スパイ／執行官 規則s (NFAR) for English 国内の 移転s.
The 規則s 限界 an スパイ／執行官's 料金 to 3% when a player's 年次の salary is more than $200,000, and 5% when it is under that 量.

Earlier this year 法廷，裁判所s in Germany and Spain 問題／発行するd 一時的な （裁判所の）禁止（強制）命令s against 器具／実施するing some of the 規則s in 国内の 移転s.
The FA 法廷's 決定／判定勝ち（する） only 影響する／感情d two of the 多重の 準備／条項s in the 規則s, FIFA said in a 声明.
"Other 重要な 準備／条項s were 是認するd by the 法廷, 含むing those 妨げるing スパイ／執行官s from 代表するing 多重の （弁護士の）依頼人s in a 移転, and 要求するing that the （弁護士の）依頼人 支払う／賃金s the スパイ／執行官, both of which were unsuccessfully challenged by the スパイ／執行官s.
"FIFA has already scheduled a 会合 with the Football スパイ／執行官 Working Group to discuss the 結果 of these 訴訟／進行s," FIFA 追加するd.
