DUBAI/CAIRO/LONDON, Dec 1 (Reuters) - イスラエル has 知らせるd several Arab 明言する／公表するs that it wants to carve out a 緩衝地帯 on the Palestinian 味方する of Gaza's 国境 to 妨げる 未来 attacks as part of 提案s for the 飛び領土 after war ends, Egyptian and 地域の sources said.
によれば three 地域の sources, イスラエル 関係のある its 計画（する）s to its 隣人s Egypt and Jordan, along with the 部隊d Arab 首長国s, which normalised 関係 with イスラエル in 2020.
They also said that Saudi Arabia, which does not have 関係 with イスラエル and which 停止（させる）d a U.S.-調停するd normalisation 過程 after the Gaza war ゆらめくd on Oct. 7, had been 知らせるd. The sources did not say how the （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） reached Riyadh, which 公式に does not have direct communication channels with イスラエル. 非，不，無-Arab Turkey was also told, the sources said.
The 率先 does not 示す an 切迫した end to イスラエル's 不快な／攻撃 - which 再開するd on Friday after a seven-day 一時休戦 - but it shows イスラエル is reaching out beyond 設立するd Arab 調停者s, such as Egypt or Qatar, as it 捜し出すs to 形態／調整 a 戦後の Gaza.
No Arab 明言する／公表するs have shown any 乗り気 to police or 治める Gaza in 未来 and most have roundly 非難するd イスラエル's 不快な／攻撃 that has killed more than 15,000 people and levelled 列s of Gaza's 都市の areas. Hamas killed 1,200 people in its Oct. 7 （警察の）手入れ，急襲 and took more than 200 人質s.
"イスラエル wants this 緩衝地帯 between Gaza and イスラエル from the north to the south to 妨げる any Hamas or other 交戦的なs from infiltrating or attacking イスラエル," said a 上級の 地域の 安全 公式の／役人, one of the three 地域の sources who asked not to be identified by 国籍.
The Egyptian, Saudi, Qatari and Turkish 政府s did not すぐに 答える／応じる to requests for comment. Jordanian 公式の／役人s could not すぐに be reached for comment.
A UAE 公式の／役人 did not 答える／応じる 直接／まっすぐに when asked if Abu Dhabi had been told about the 緩衝地帯, but said: "The UAE will support any 未来 戦後の 手はず／準備 agreed upon by all the 関心d parties" to 達成する 安定 and a Palestinian 明言する／公表する.
Asked about 計画（する）s for a 緩衝地帯, Ophir Falk, 外交政策 助言者 to Israeli 総理大臣 Benjamin Netanyahu, told Reuters: "The 計画（する） is more 詳細（に述べる）d than that. It's based on a three-tier 過程 for the day after Hamas."
輪郭（を描く）ing the Israeli 政府's position, he said the three tiers 伴う／関わるd destroying Hamas, demilitarising Gaza and de-radicalising the 飛び領土.
"A 緩衝地帯 may be part of the demilitarisation 過程," he said. He 拒絶する／低下するd to 申し込む／申し出 詳細（に述べる）s when asked whether those 計画（する）s had been raised with international partners, 含むing Arab 明言する／公表するs.
Arab 明言する／公表するs have 解任するd as impossible イスラエル's goal of wiping out Hamas, 説 it was more than 簡単に a 交戦的な 軍隊 that could be 敗北・負かすd.
SQUEEZING PALESTINIANS
イスラエル has 示唆するd in the past it was considering a 緩衝地帯 inside Gaza, but the sources said it was now 現在のing them to Arab 明言する／公表するs as part of its 未来 安全 計画（する）s f or Gaza. Israeli 軍隊／機動隊s withdrew from the 飛び領土 in 2005.
A U.S. 公式の／役人, who 拒絶する／低下するd to be identified, said イスラエル had "floated" the 緩衝地帯 idea without 説 to whom. But the 公式の／役人 also repeated Washington's 対立 to any 計画（する） that 減ずるd the size of Palestinian 領土.
Jordan, Egypt and other Arab 明言する／公表するs have 発言する／表明するd 恐れるs that イスラエル wants to squeeze Palestinians out of Gaza, repeating the dispossession of land Palestinians 苦しむd when イスラエル was created in 1948. The Israeli 政府 否定するs any such 目的（とする）.
A 上級の Israeli 安全 source said the 緩衝地帯 idea was "存在 診察するd", 追加するing: "It is not （疑いを）晴らす at the moment how 深い this will be and whether it could be 1 km or 2 km or hundreds of metres (inside Gaza)."
Any encroachment into Gaza, which is about 40 km (25 miles) long and between about 5 km (3 miles) and 12 km (7.5 miles) wide, would cram its 2.3 million people into an even smaller area.
Till now, Egypt, the first Arab 明言する／公表する to 調印する a peace を取り引きする イスラエル, and Qatar, which does not have formal 関係 but keeps communication channels open, have been at the centre of 介入 会談 with イスラエル that have 焦点（を合わせる）d on 交流ing 人質s held by Hamas for Palestinians in Israeli 刑務所，拘置所s.
SHIFTING FOCUS
Two Egyptian 安全 sources said イスラエル had raised the idea in 介入 会談 with Egypt and Qatar of 武装解除するing northern Gaza and setting up a 緩衝地帯 in north Gaza with international 監督.
The sources said several Arab 明言する／公表するs …に反対するd this. While Arab 明言する／公表するs might not …に反対する a 安全 障壁 between the two 味方するs, there was 不一致 over where it was 位置を示すd, they 追加するd.
The Egyptian sources said イスラエル had said in a 会合 in Cairo in November that the Hamas l eaders should be tried 国祭的な in return for a 十分な 停戦. 調停者s said the 問題／発行する should be 延期するd until after the war to 避ける derailing 会談 about 人質 解放（する）s, the sources said.
A source in the Israeli 首相's office 拒絶する／低下するd to 演説（する）／住所 the 報告（する）／憶測s, 追加するing: "Netanyahu's War 閣僚 has defined the war 使節団s: destroy Hamas and bring all the 人質s 支援する home, and we will continue until we 完全にする our 使節団s."
One of the Egyptian sources said イスラエル, in its discussions with Egypt and Qatar, had 転換d from a 焦点（を合わせる） on 報復 earlier in the 危機 に向かって showing a greater 乗り気 to "rethink its 需要・要求するs as 介入 continued."
The 地域の sources compared the Gaza 緩衝地帯 計画（する） to the "安全 zone" イスラエル once had in south Lebanon. イスラエル 避難させるd that zone, which was about 15 km (10 miles) 深い, in 2000 after years of fighting and attacks by Lebanon's Hezbollah.
They also said イスラエル's 計画（する） for 戦後の Gaza 含むd 国外追放するing leaders of Hamas, an 活動／戦闘 that would also mirror the Israeli （選挙などの）運動をする in Lebanon in the 1980s when it drove out the leadership of the パレスチナ 解放 Organization (PLO), which had 開始する，打ち上げるd attacks from Lebanon into イスラエル.
"イスラエル is ready to 支払う／賃金 a 高くつく／犠牲の大きい price to 追放する and 立ち退かせる Hamas 完全に from Gaza to other countries in the 地域 類似の to what it did in Lebanon, but it's not the same. Getting rid of Hamas is difficult and not 確かな ," said another of the 地域の 公式の／役人s familiar with the discussions.
A 上級の Israeli 公式の／役人 said イスラエル did not consider Hamas to be like the PLO nor believe that it would 行為／法令／行動する like the PLO.
Mohammad Dahlan, Gaza's former 安全 長，指導者 from the Palestinian Fatah 派閥 which was 排除する／（飛行機などから）緊急脱出するd from the 飛び領土 when Hamas took 支配（する）／統制する in 2007, said Israe l's 緩衝地帯 計画（する） was unrealistic and would not 保護する Israeli 軍隊s.
"The 緩衝地帯 could make (総理大臣 Benjamin) Netanyahu's 軍隊s a 的 also in the zone," he said.
