A Turkish 法廷，裁判所 辞退するd on Wednesday to 解放（する） the newly elected 対立 国会議員 Can Atalay にもかかわらず a 憲法の 法廷，裁判所 判決，裁定 that his 権利s to 安全, liberty and to be elected were 侵害する／違反するd.
The 憲法の 法廷，裁判所 問題／発行するd the 判決，裁定 last week, 説 he should be 解放（する）d すぐに.
An Istanbul penal 法廷，裁判所 heard Atalay's 事例／患者 on Wednesday but 辞退するd to 解放（する） him, instead transferring the 事例／患者 to the 法廷，裁判所 of Cassation.
"Istanbul 13th 犯罪の 法廷，裁判所 has just 全員一致で sent the 事例／患者 once again to the 3rd 犯罪の 議会 of the 法廷，裁判所 of Cassation. This is a 憲法の 罪，犯罪," said Erkan Bas, who leads Atalay's 労働者s' Party, an 同盟（する） of the プロの／賛成の-Kurdish Green-Left Party.
