Putin says past U.S. 選挙s were rigged

"In the 部隊d 明言する/公表するs, previous 選挙s were falsified through 郵便の 投票(する)ing ... they bought 投票(する)s for $10, filled them out, and threw them into mailboxes without any 監督 from 観察者/傍聴者s, and that's it," Putin said, without 供給するing 証拠.
Putin's 対抗者s say the March 選挙 in Russia is no real contest as the 大統領,/社長 (権力などを)行使するs unchallenged 力/強力にする and his main 競争相手, Alexei Navalny, is serving more than 30 years in 刑務所,拘置所 on 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金s that Navalny says were trumped up.
