EU strikes 取引，協定 to unjam European 空気／公表する traffic 改革（する）
PARIS, March 6 (Reuters) - The European Union on Wednesday agreed on a 取引，協定 to unjam 空気／公表する traffic 改革（する） in a 企て，努力，提案 to bring order to the mosaic of 領空 規則s that is 非難するd for chronic 延期するs and unnecessary 放出／発行s across Europe.
The ベルギー EU 大統領／総裁などの地位 said on Wednesday that 交渉者s from the European 会議 大統領／総裁などの地位 and European 議会 had reached 一時的に 協定 on 改革（する）ing the "選び出す／独身 European Sky", 目的（とする）ing to 増加する capacity, lower costs and 増加する the 空気／公表する traffic 支配（する）／統制する system's adaptability, while also trying to 減ずる 航空's 環境の 衝撃.
The 取引，協定 comes after １０年間s of foot-dragging, political 分割s and union 対立, and still needs to be 認可するd by the 会議 and the European 議会.
The 取引，協定 "will enable major 進歩 in 減ずるing CO2 放出／発行s from the 航空 部門, and will also give member 明言する／公表するs more 道具s to 限界 the nuisance 生成するd by aeronautical activity," Georges Gilkinet, the ベルギー 大臣 for mobility, said in a 声明.
Under the 協定, member 明言する／公表するs will 始める，決める up 国家の 監督上の 当局 to 査定する／（税金などを）課す 空気／公表する traffic 支配（する）／統制する's structure and 財政上の sustainability.
