CAIRO/DUBAI, March 6 (Reuters) - Egypt 安全な・保証するd an 拡大するd $8 billion 取引，協定 on Wednesday with the International 通貨の 基金, hours after the central bank unshackled its 通貨 and 配達するd a 600 basis points 率 引き上げ（る） in a 押し進める to stabilise the economy.
Additionally, Egypt would 得る a $1.2 billion 貸付金 for 環境の sustainability, bringing its total from the 国際通貨基金 to more than $9 billion, the 政府 said. This was に向かって the lower end of what some 分析家s 推定する／予想するd.
The 通貨 弱めるd to beyond 50 Egyptian 続けざまに猛撃するs to the dollar - far beyond previous 記録，記録的な／記録するs - from about 30.85 続けざまに猛撃するs, a level Egypt has for months tried to defend. It の近くにd at 49.4 to the dollar.
A more 柔軟な 交流 率 is seen as 決定的な for 回復するing 投資家 信用／信任 and is a 重要な 需要・要求する of the 国際通貨基金, which had been in 会談 to 拡大する the 基金's 現在の, $3 billion support programme for the Arab world's most populous nation.
Egypt has in the past said it would 転換 to a more 柔軟な 交流 率, only to return to closely managing the 通貨 whenever the 続けざまに猛撃する 弱めるd.
This time, after struggling with a 長引かせるd 経済的な 危機 linked to chronic foreign 通貨 不足s, it may be betting that hard 通貨 流入s 含むing a $35 billion 投資 取引，協定 調印するd in late February with the 部隊d Arab 首長国s, will 妨げる a freefall.
分析家s say 疑問s remain over かかわり合い to 構造上の 改革（する）s that have been 繰り返して dodged, 含むing 減ずるing the sprawling 経済的な 利益／興味s of the 明言する／公表する and the 軍の.
The central bank said it had raised the 夜通し lending 率 to 28.25% and its 夜通し deposit 率 to 27.25% in a 企て，努力，提案 to tame インフレーション, which rose to 記録，記録的な／記録する levels last year and has 原因（となる）d years of hardships to tens of millions of Egyptians.
"To 確実にする a smooth 移行, the CBE will continue to 的 インフレーション as its 名目上の 錨，総合司会者, 許すing the 交流 率 to be 決定するd by market 軍隊s," it said in a 声明.
"十分な 基金ing has been 安全な・保証するd to avail foreign 交流 liquidity," it said.
Central bank 知事 Hassan Abdalla told reporters that as in other countries, the bank would still have the ability to 介入する if there were "illogical movements" in the 通貨.
While the central bank already had an インフレーション 的, it also sought to manage the 続けざまに猛撃する.

CLEARING BACKLOGS
The foreign 通貨 不足 has 抑制（する）d 地元の 商売／仕事 activity and led to backlogs at ports and 延期するs in 支払い（額）s for 商品／必需品s.
Remittances from Egyptians working abroad, the country's 最高の，を越す 選び出す／独身 source of foreign 通貨, have slowed はっきりと まっただ中に 期待s that the 続けざまに猛撃する would 落ちる.
The war in Gaza and attacks on Red Sea shipping have put at 危険 領収書s from 観光旅行，事業 and Suez Canal traffic, two other main sources of hard 通貨.

On 通貨 markets on Wednesday, one-month 非，不，無-deliverable 今後s stood at around 51 to the dollar - a touch above the 位置／汚点／見つけ出す 率 - but 12-month 契約s 貿易（する）d at just over 55 to the dollar, 示すing the 通貨 might have to adjust some more in the months ahead.
Another return to managing the 交流 率 would 限界 the 利益s of Wednesday's move, said Kaan Nazli, 大臣の地位 経営者／支配人 at Neuberger Berman.
"I guess the proof will be in the pudding, but there is a bigger chance than before thanks to the UAE 基金ing," he said.
Along with arrears to foreign companies, Egypt also 直面するs a 激しい foreign 負債 返済 schedule after spending on mega-事業／計画（する）s under 大統領 Abdel Fattah al-Sisi that has been questioned by critics and the 政府 says it will rein in.
The banking system had a 逮捕する foreign 資産 赤字 of 841 billion Egyptian 続けざまに猛撃するs ($27.2 billion) as of Dec 31.
