Malaysia to 監視する changes in EU 抑制（する）s on palm biofuel after WTO 判決，裁定
KUALA LUMPUR, March 6 (Reuters) - Malaysia said on Wednesday it will closely 監視する how the EU 答える／応じるs to a WTO 判決，裁定 that supported the 圏's 姿勢 that biofuels 原因（となる）ing 森林伐採 cannot be regarded as renewables, but sought changes in how it 器具／実施するd that 決定／判定勝ち（する）.
A World 貿易（する） Organization adjudicating パネル盤, in its first 判決，裁定 関係のある to 森林伐採, on Tuesday 拒絶するd many of Malaysia's （人命などを）奪う，主張するs against EU 対策 that led it to 支配する out palm oil-based biofuel as a renewable 燃料.
However, the パネル盤 受託するd Malaysia's （民事の）告訴s over how the 対策 had been 用意が出来ている, published and 治めるd. The EU will need to make 調整s, but need not 身を引く its 対策, に引き続いて the WTO 判決，裁定.
The European （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 said it welcomed that the WTO パネル盤 報告（する）／憶測 許すd the EU to 保存する its 合法的な 枠組み on renewable energy and biofuels 概して 損なわれていない, and 確認するd it had the 権利 to take 活動／戦闘 to 取り組む 温室 gas 放出／発行s.
It said it was analysing the 報告（する）／憶測 but believed it would need to 問題／発行する a 報告（する）／憶測 on the most 最近の 科学の data to 決定する whether 刈るs have a high 危険 of 与える／捧げるing to 森林伐採, and 修正する an 行為／法令／行動する to change 確かな 基準 for certification for 刈るs of low 危険.
It would do so in the coming months.
The Malaysian 政府 will 監視する any changes to the EU's 規則s to bring it into line with the WTO's findings and 追求する 同意／服従 訴訟／進行s if necessary, 農園s and 商品／必需品s 大臣 Johari Abdul Ghani said in a 声明 on Wednesday.
Malaysia, the world's second largest 生産者 of palm oil, has 述べるd the EU's renewable energy 指示的な as 差別的な, and in 2021 asked the WTO to 診察する the 支配するs 制限する ing the 圏's use of palm oil-based biofuels.
Under the 規則s, palm oil-based 燃料s can no longer be considered as renewable 輸送（する） 燃料 and are to be 段階d out by 2030, as the EU has 決定するd that palm oil cultivation leads to 過度の 森林伐採.
