MONROVIA, March 6 (Reuters) - Liberia's lower house on Tuesday 投票（する）d to 設立する a war 罪，犯罪s 法廷，裁判所, moving a step closer to bringing 延滞の 司法（官） for the 犠牲者s of serious 乱用s committed during the West African country's two civil wars.
