援助（する） トラックで運ぶs entering Gaza must 二塁打 to 会合，会う basic needs, WFP says
GENEVA, March 6 (Reuters) -
The number of 人道的な 援助（する） 軍用車隊s entering Gaza daily must at least 二塁打 to 会合，会う some of the 全住民's most basic needs, the World Food Programme (WFP) said on Wednesday.

"I would say that we need to 二塁打 the level we have now. We are now at around 150 トラックで運ぶs. We need a 最小限 of 300 トラックで運ぶs a day coming in," Carl Skau, 副 (n)役員／(a)執行力のある Director and 長，指導者 Operating Officer at the World Food Programme, told Reuters.
"But of course, that also in the longer run needs to be 補足（する）d with 商業の (供給（する）s)."
Before the 衝突 began in October, Gaza relied on 500 トラックで運ぶs entering daily. 援助（する） can 現在／一般に be 配達するd into southern Gaza 経由で the Rafah crossing from Egypt and Kerem Shalom crossing from イスラエル.
A 決裂／故障 of 法律 and order inside Gaza has been a major 妨害 to 援助（する） 配達／演説／出産, as five months of war have destroyed many of the 会・原則s that underpinned social order in the Palestinian 飛び領土.
"The 決裂／故障 of civil order is an 増加するing challenge for us," Skau said. "There are 武装した ギャング（団）s that are roaming, filling that vacuum of 安全."
Some 軍用車隊s have been 掴むd by people 捜し出すing food, and any 軍用車隊s moving into norther n Gaza 要求する Israeli 調整 for 安全な passage through 検問所s and areas with fighting.
On Tuesday, WFP's first 使節団 to northern Gaza since Feb. 20 - a 14-トラックで運ぶ food 軍用車隊 - was turned 支援する by the Israeli Defence 軍隊 after a three-hour wait at the Wadi Gaza 検問所, it said.
Skau said Israeli 当局 did not 供給する a 推論する／理由 for the 軍用車隊 存在 turned away.
