The blue-半導体素子 Dow was just 0.6% short of crossing the 40,000 level for the first time.
All three 索引s ended higher in the previous 開会／開廷／会期, with the Dow jumping more than 1% to 地位，任命する its best daily 伸び（る） this year, while the S&P 500 clocked an かつてない の近くにing high.
