Citi says 42% of energy （弁護士の）依頼人s 欠如（する） 気候 移行 計画（する）s

NEW YORK, March 28 (Reuters) - Almost half of the energy companies Citi lends to are 欠如（する）ing 計画（する）s to 削減（する） 温室 gas 放出／発行s, the fourth-largest U.S. bank said in a 気候 報告（する）／憶測 解放（する）d on Thursday.
