UK says not 判決，裁定 out airstrikes against Islamic 明言する／公表する, says 人質 ビデオ 本物の
LONDON, Sept 3 (Reuters) - Britain's 外務大臣 said on Wednesday Islamic 明言する／公表する's seizure of a British 人質 did not make airstrikes on the 交戦的なs more likely, but said he wasn't 判決，裁定 that 選択 out.

"It doesn't make any difference at all to our 戦略の planning," Britain's Foreign 長官 Philip Hammond told reporters. "If we 裁判官 that airstrikes could be 有益な ... then we will certainly consider them. But we have made no 決定／判定勝ち（する） to do so at the moment."
