Iran oil 大臣 公約するs to bypass 許可／制裁s after new U.S. 抑制（する）s
DUBAI, Sept 3 (Reuters) - Iranian Oil 大臣 Bijan Zanganeh said Tehran would continue to bypass 許可／制裁s after the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs penalised a number of companies for 侵害する／違反するing 許可／制裁s 課すd on Iran, mostly in 関係 with its 核の programme.
On Friday, the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs 課すd a fresh 一連の会議、交渉／完成する of 抑制（する）s on a number of Iranian and foreign companies, banks and 航空機によるs. The new 対策 （機の）カム just over two weeks before 会談 between Iran and six world 力／強力にするs on Tehran's 核の programme 再開する in New York.
Washington said the 会社／堅いs were helping Iran's 核の programme, which Tehran says is 平和的な but the West 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑うs may be 目的（とする）d at developing a 核の 武器s 能力. They 含むd Goldentex FZE, a UAE-based 会社／堅い working with Iran's shipping 部門, and an Italian 会社／堅い, Dettin SpA, which it said was working with Iran's 石油化学（製品） 産業.

Jofi Joseph, a former director for 非，不，無-増殖 on the White House 国家の 安全 会議, said that the new 許可／制裁s "could be a message to Tehran that, unless it 転換s course, these most 最近の 任命s are only a preview of what is to come if the 会談 break 負かす／撃墜する."
