Turkish police officer 宣告，判決d to 8 years 刑務所，拘置所 for 殺人，大当り 抗議する人
ANKARA, Sept 3 (Reuters) - A Turkish 法廷，裁判所 宣告，判決d a police officer to eight years in 刑務所，拘置所 on Wednesday for 殺人，大当り a 抗議する人 during a wave of anti-政府 demonstrations in Turkey last year, the first policeman to be 宣告，判決d in 関係 with the 不安.
At least six people, 含むing a police officer, died during the 抗議するs in 2013, which were 誘発するd by a police 厳重取締 on a small 抗議する against the redevelopment of a park in Istanbul.
The 堅い 返答 to the demonstrations by the then 首相, Tayyip Erdogan, drew international 激しい非難 and 脅すd to divide his 判決，裁定 AK Party's 政府.
Officer Ahmet Sahbaz was 設立する 有罪の of the "probable" voluntary 過失致死 of Ethem Sarisuluk, 27, who was 発射 in the 長，率いる during 衝突／不一致s with police in Ankara in June 2013. He died two weeks later in 集中的な care.

Last October thousands of people angry that Sahbaz was 許すd to give 証拠 経由で ビデオ-link instead of appearing in person, gathered outside the 法廷，裁判所 in Ankara to 抗議する before 存在 分散させるd by police with 涙／ほころび gas and water 大砲.
On Wednesday Turkish マスコミ 報告（する）／憶測d that an 明示していない number of 抗議する人s had gathered outside the courtroom まっただ中に a 激しい police presence, but that no 涙／ほころび gas or water 大砲s had been （軍隊を）展開する，配備するd.
"I'm pleased to see that a police officer has been 罪人／有罪を宣告するd because the general pattern in Turkey is impunity for these sorts of 罪，犯罪s," said Emma Sinclair-Webb, 上級の 研究員 on Turkey at Human 権利s Watch said.
"The big question 示す is whether the 宣告，判決 is 相応した with the 罪，犯罪. And in Turkey you can get a seven-year 宣告，判決 for just shouting a スローガン at a 抗議する, （刑事）被告 of 存在 in the PKK (Kurdistan 労働者s Party which is 指定するd a テロリスト group by Turkey)."
Human 権利s group 国際アムネスティ said they were still 評価するing whether Sahbaz's 宣告，判決 was reasonable but on Twitter some 選挙運動者s said the 裁判官 had been too lenient.
"Police officer who killed #EthemSarisuluk on 目的 宣告，判決d to 7 years. Students who 抗議するs for 解放する／自由な education got 24 years," said one tweet from an account called @NewsTaksim.
