TOKYO, Oct 5 (Reuters) - A powerful 台風 is on course to 小衝突 by Tokyo on Monday, after barrelling into southwestern Japan with 強い雨 and 勝利，勝つd that 原因（となる）d flights to be cancelled flights and knocked out 力／強力にする.
台風 Phanfone, which was downgraded from an earlier status of a 最高の 台風, is moving at 20 kph (12 mph), the Japan 気象庁 said on Sunday.
