Australia, 中国 深くする 関係 with 目印 自由貿易 取引，協定

CANBERRA, Nov 17 (Reuters) - 中国 and Australia on Monday 調印（する）d a 目印 自由貿易 協定 more than a １０年間 in the making, 意味ありげに 拡大するing 関係 between the world's second largest economy and one of Washington's closest 同盟（する）s in Asia.
The 取引，協定, which Australia called the best ever between Beijing and a Western country, will open up Chinese markets to Australian farm 輸出業者s and the services 部門 while 緩和 抑制（する）s on Chinese 投資 in 資源-rich Australia.
Australian 総理大臣 Tony Abbott and Chinese 大統領 Xi Jinping 調印するd a memorandum of understanding clinching the 協定 during a 儀式 in 議会 in Canberra.
"This has been a 10-year 旅行, but we have finally made it," Abbott said.
Xi 賞賛するd the 取引，協定 in an 演説（する）／住所 to 議会, 誓約（する）ing to 深くする 協調 with Australia while 再確認するing 中国's 乗り気 to 解決する 領土の 論争s with its 隣人s through 外交の means.

DAIRY, WINE, MINERALS
The 協定 gives Australian 酪農場 農業者s 関税-解放する／自由な 接近 within four years to 中国's lucrative 幼児 決まり文句／製法 market, minus any of the "保護（する）／緊急輸入制限" caps that 現在／一般に r estrict competitors from New Zealand.
