North Korea's "princess" moves closer to centre of 力／強力にする

SEOUL, Nov 28 (Reuters) - In her わずかな／ほっそりした-fitting trouser 控訴s and 黒人／ボイコット-heeled shoes, Kim Yo Jong 削減（する）s a contrasting 人物／姿／数字 to her pudgy older brother, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.
On Thursday, 明言する／公表する マスコミ said the younger Kim, 27, had taken a 上級の position in the 判決，裁定 労働者s' Party, 確認するing 憶測 she had moved closer to the centre of 力／強力にする in the 隠しだてする 明言する／公表する.
It 指名するd her as a 副／悪徳行為 director と一緒に the 長，率いる of the 宣伝 and Agitation Department, which 扱うs 観念的な messaging through the マスコミ, arts and culture.
Kim Yo Jong's 肩書を与える supports earlier 報告（する）／憶測s from a North Korean defector group which said she may have taken a high-level 役割 when Kim Jong Un recently disappeared from public 見解（をとる） for more than a month, 誘発するing 憶測 about his 支配する on 力／強力にする.
South Korea's 知能 機関 later said Kim, 31, was likely to have had 外科 on his left ankle. Kim has since 再現するd, walking with a limp.
Kim Yo Jong's 力／強力にする has been に例えるd to that of a 首相, an 無名の South Korean 知能 source told the ソウル-based JoongAng Ilbo newspaper in April, even before her brother's 傷害.
"All roads lead to Comrade Yo Jong," the source said.
Kim Yo Jong has featured in 明言する／公表する 宣伝 since her brother took over the 核の-有能な country upon the death of their father, Kim Jong Il, in late 2011.
In 2012, as 明言する／公表する TV showed Kim Jong Un arriving at the 開始 of an amusement park in Pyongyang, Kim Yo Jong ran from one position to another between 階級s of applauding party cadres and generals as if she was orchestrating the event for the new North Korean 独裁者.
Since then, the smartly-dressed Kim, her hair usually pulled 支援する in a ponytail, has made several 外見s with her brother, giggling at 明言する／公表する concerts, 現在のing awards to 闘士，戦闘機 操縦するs or riding a white horse.
Women in patriarchal North Korea rarely become high-最高位の 公式の／役人s or 軍の 指揮官s. They do, however, receive 軍の training.
They are also 決定的な to North Korea's moribund economy. With many men engaged in 明言する／公表する-任命するd 職業s in factories and bureaucratic departments, it is often women who turn to 黒人／ボイコット market 貿易（する）ing to earn the income most families need to 生き残る.
But for Kim Yo Jong, it is her family 指名する and proximity to Kim Jong Un that supersedes any cultural norms.
"People who are 名目上 her superiors most likely defer to her," said Michael Madden, an 専門家 on the North Korean leadership.
A NORTH KOREAN PRINCESS
When Kim Jong Il 支配するd North Korea, his sister Kim Kyong Hui took a powerful 役割 as a personal assistant with high-最高位の 軍の and party 職業s.
She has not been seen since her husband, Jang Song Thaek, once regarded as the No.2 leader in Pyongyang, was 粛清するd and 遂行する／発効させるd late last year.
令状ing in his 2003 memoir about his 13 years as Kim Jong Il's sushi chef, Kenji Fujimoto said the late 独裁者 had a 信用ing 関係 with Ko Yong Hui, his fourth partner, with whom he had three children: Kim Jong Un, Kim Yo Jong, and their 年上の brother Kim Jong Chol.
"Ko said she had travelled to Disneyland in Europe and Tokyo with her kids," Fujimoto wrote.
Not much is known about the 年上の Kim, who was once photographed at the スイスの 搭乗 school all three children 報道によれば …に出席するd in a replica of Dennis Rodman's NBA basketball jersey.
Even at dinner, Fujimoto said, Kim Jong Il kept his eldest son at arm's length, preferring to place 未来 leader Kim Jong Un and his sister, beside himself and their mother whom he called 'madam'.
"Kim Jong Il sits in the middle, and to his left, sits his madam," wrote Fujimoto.
"Prince Jong Un sits to the left of the madam, and the princess sits to the 権利 of Kim Jong Il." (Editing by Dean Yates)
