U.N. 拷問 監視者 勧めるs U.S. 厳重取締 on police brutality

GENEVA, Nov 28 (Reuters) - The U.N. 委員会 against 拷問 勧めるd the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs on Friday to fully 調査／捜査する and 起訴する police brutality and 狙撃s of 非武装の 黒人／ボイコット 青年 and 確実にする that taser 武器s are used sparingly.
