Moldova 始める，決める to 圧力（をかける） on with プロの／賛成の-Europe course after 選挙

CHISINAU, Dec 1 (Reuters) - Moldova's プロの／賛成の-Europe parties appeared 確かな on Monday of 存在 able to form a new 連合 to 圧力（をかける） on with a 運動 に向かって the European mainstream after 選挙s even though the プロの／賛成の-Moscow 社会主義者 Party took first place.
With almost all 投票（する）s counted from Sunday's 投票, 選挙 当局 said the 自由主義の 民主党員s, the 自由主義のs and the Democratic Party had 安全な・保証するd a 連合させるd 投票（する） of 44 パーセント, enough to 勝利，勝つ a simple 大多数 in the 101-seat 議会 and form a new 政府 team.
But the strong showing by the 社会主義者s, who （選挙などの）運動をするd in favour of joining a Russia-led 経済的な 圏 rather than moving に向かって the European Union, took the 辛勝する／優位 off any jubilation by the プロの／賛成の-Europe ロビー.
社会主義者 leader Igor Dodon said his party would form an oppositon that would make "the European integrationists shake with 恐れる".
The 社会主義者s' first place position with a 投票（する） of 21.5 パーセント showed that many in one of Europe's smallest and poorest countries favour 保存するing 伝統的な の近くに 関係 with Russia.
"The main good news is that Moldova will continue its course に向かって Europe," former 議会 （衆議院の）議長 Marian Lupu, leader of the Democratic Party and a main 人物／姿／数字s in a three-party 連合 that has 治める／統治するd since 2009, said in a news 会議／協議会.
"The wish of the people to live in peace and 統合する with the EU is a basic 根底となる for 交渉s for a new 連合," Lupu said.
Organization for 安全 and 協調 in Europe (OSCE) 監視するs said the 選挙 had been 井戸／弁護士席-run but it criticised a 禁止（する） on a party run by ロシアの 実業家 Renato Usatii on the grounds that it had been 基金d from abroad.
"A 大部分は 井戸／弁護士席-run 選挙 申し込む／申し出d 投票者s the 適切な時期 to choose their preferred 候補者s and even geopolitical aspirations, which was at the heart of the （選挙などの）運動をする," said Emin ?nen, leader of the OSCE 観察者／傍聴者 使節団.
The country of 3.5 million, wedged between ウクライナ共和国 and Romania, in July 批准するd a political and 貿易協定 with the EU - a move that means turning away from a 未来 in a Russia-led Customs Union as 支持するd by the 社会主義者s.
RUSSIAN IMPORT BANS
Moldovans went into the 選挙 aware of the 分離主義者 war in ウクライナ共和国 誘発する／引き起こすd by Kiev 乗る，着手するing on 類似の プロの／賛成の-Europe 政策s which 始める，決める it on a 衝突／不一致 course with Moscow.
Though Moscow has so far shown no 準備完了 to 介入する as it has in ウクライナ共和国, it has shown its displeasure by banning 輸入するs of ワインs, vegetables and meat from Moldova, whose economy relies on 農業の 輸出（する）s.
Former 総理大臣 Vlad Filat who leads the 連合's 自由主義の 民主党員s, 解任するd the 社会主義者s' strong 業績／成果 as a "行う／開催する／段階 directed spectacle ... the result of Russia's Vladimir Putin".
The next weeks will be 支配するd by 取引ing の中で the parties, almost certainly 伴う／関わるing the 共産主義者s who lay in third place, to 大打撃を与える out a working 協定. A 政府 may not 現れる until the New Year.
The 連合's poor 記録，記録的な／記録する of 取り組むing 汚職 and 行為／行うing 深い 改革（する）, 同様に as in-fighting の中で its leaders, appeared to have cost it support at the 投票（する） box.
Relations are poor between Filat and former 事実上の／代理 大統領，／社長 Mihai Ghimpu, leader of the 自由主義のs, and are always likely to put any 連合 formed under 緊張する.
Filat, at the news 会議／協議会, said he had already had 初期の 会談 with Lupu on a new 連合 and he defended the 連合's 記録，記録的な／記録する.
