Romanian 技術家出身の管理職者 大臣s lose 地位，任命するs in 改造（する）

BUCHAREST, Dec 14 (Reuters) - Romania's 財政／金融 and energy 大臣s lost their 地位，任命するs in a 改造（する） on Sunday, 推定する／予想するd to 強化する the 治める／統治するing centre-left 連合's 持つ／拘留する on 力／強力にする by giving it another political 同盟（する） in the 閣僚.
Two 上級の sources in the 判決，裁定 Social 民主党員s (PSD) party's 国家の (n)役員／(a)執行力のある 委員会 told Reuters 大蔵大臣 Ioana Petrescu had been 除去するd, with her 大臣の地位 存在 taken by 予算 大臣 and 与党 member Darius Valcov, and the two 省s 合併するd.
"Ioana Petrescu will be 取って代わるd by Valcov," one source said, while another said by text message she had lost her 地位，任命する to Valcov.
Energy 大臣 Razvan Nicolescu, a 技術家出身の管理職者 whose team 草案d Romania's 投資-激しい energy 戦略 for 2015-2035, was also 除去するd having only taken office in March. No 交替／補充 has yet been 指名するd.
Petrescu, who has a PhD in 経済的なs from Harvard University and is not a member of any party, had been an 経済的な 助言者 to 総理大臣 勝利者 Ponta.
Until the 改造（する）, 予定 to be 認可するd by 議会 next week, the 大蔵大臣 position had been いっそう少なく powerful than in other countries, as the 職業's 責任／義務s were diluted in 2012 with the 創造 of a separate 予算 大臣.
Valcov had 完全にするd 会談 with the International 通貨の 基金 earlier this week by agreeing a 会計の 赤字 的 of 1.8 percen t of 甚だしい／１２ダース 国内の 製品 against this year's 2.2 パーセント goal.
Ponta's 連合 had been 弱めるd by the 出発 of the 民族の Hungarian UDMR party after he 突然に lost a 大統領の 選挙 on Nov. 16.
That 誘発するd long-称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 Ponta 同盟（する）s, the 自由主義の 改革論者s, to ロビー for 閣僚 地位，任命するs, and the 中道派（の） party is 推定する／予想するd to be awarded the energy 大臣の地位.
Nicolescu, whose team engineered the 株式市場 flotation of 力／強力にする 公共事業（料金）／有用性 Electrica, 勧めるd the 政府 to continue market-oriented 改革（する）s, finalise its long-称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 energy 戦略 and depoliticise 明言する／公表する-controlled companies.
European Union member Romania is one of the most energy-独立した・無所属 countries on the continent and is a 逮捕する 輸出業者 of 力／強力にする, although it must 輸入する oil and some of its gas.
Foreign 会社／堅いs have complained about sudden 転換s in 政府 政策 in Romania, which has been 徐々に deregulating its 力／強力にする and gas 関税s.
Nicolescu, who is chairman of the board of directors of the European 機関 for the 協調 of Energy Regulators (ACER), said he would run for a leadership position at the International Energy 機関. (Editing by John Stonestreet and David Holmes)
