Latvia takes EU reins 焦点（を合わせる）d on growth 計画（する）, 国境 defence
BRUSSELS, Jan 1 (Reuters) - Latvia took over the six-month 回転／交替ing 大統領／総裁などの地位 of the European Union on Thursday, 誓約（する）ing to 開始する，打ち上げる a 315 billion euro ($381 billion) 投資 計画（する） for the 圏 and hoping to start a review of Europe's 国境 defence.
