Brazil's 貿易（する） 長，指導者 sees no U.S. 税金 条約 in short 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語

WASHINGTON, Feb 12 (Reuters) - Brazilian 貿易（する） 大臣 Armando Monteiro said on Thursday he does not see much chance of agreeing on a 税金 条約 with the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs in the short 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語.
In an interview during a visit to Washington, his first overseas trip as 大臣, Monteiro said 二塁打 課税, which was discussed during a 会合 with U.S. 貿易（する） 代表者／国会議員 Michael Froman, was a 複雑にするd 問題／発行する.
A 税金 条約 would 除去する 二塁打 課税 of income, something which 現在／一般に 行為／法令／行動するs as a disincentive for U.S. 会社／堅いs 利益／興味d in setting up or 投資するing in Brazil.
"I don't see much 可能性 of 進歩ing その上の with this question in the short 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語," he said, after 会談 with U.S. 公式の／役人s which 焦点（を合わせる）d on 貿易（する） facilitation and regulatory 集中 between the two countries.
Monteiro did not 持つ／拘留する out much hope of 解決するing the 問題／発行する during a 大統領の visit, 公式文書，認めるing that there was no date 始める，決める for 大統領 Dilma Rousseff to visit the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs.
But he said there could be 進歩 on other 問題／発行するs, for example 輸出（する）s of Brazilian beef to the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs, in the lead-up to such a visit.
"The 条件s are there and 現在の to move に向かって an 協定," Monteiro said.
He 解任するd the prospect that a 汚職 スキャンダル at 旗艦 oil company Petrobras might put U .S. 会社／堅いs off 投資するing in Latin America's largest economy, 説 there were plenty of 適切な時期s, 特に in 組織／基盤／下部構造.
Petrobras is ensnared in a 抱擁する 汚職，収賄 and 贈収賄 計画／陰謀, with former (n)役員／(a)執行力のあるs （刑事）被告 of conspiring with construction and 工学 会社／堅いs to overcharge for 事業／計画（する）s and then kick money 支援する to 政党s, 含むing Rousseff's own 労働者s Party.
The 政府 has 公約するd to rein in 政府 spending and Monteiro said 政府 輸出（する） programs could be 削減（する） 支援する, although they would not be scrapped.
Monteiro also said he would 捜し出す to 新たにする Brazil's 自動車 割当 協定 with Mexico, albeit with some changes.
"Our position is that Brazil must 捜し出す to 新たにする the 協定 while 捜し出すing 調整s in that 協定," he said.
He would not 支配する out 減少（する）ing the 割当s under that 協定, but said they were ありそうもない to be 増加するd.
