Sri Lanka 大臣 楽観的な about 延期するing war-罪，犯罪s 報告（する）／憶測

WASHINGTON, Feb 12 (Reuters) - Sri Lankan 外務大臣 Mangala Samaraweera said on Thursday he was 楽観的な about 安全な・保証するing a 延期する in the 解放（する） of a U.N. 報告（する）／憶測 on 申し立てられた／疑わしい war 罪，犯罪s during his country's civil war until the 政府 has had time to 設立する a new judicial 機械装置 to を取り引きする the 主張s.
