Hungary to 立法者 for 拘留，拘置 or 早い 国外追放 of migrants - PM
BUDAPEST, Feb 13 (Reuters) - Hungary 計画（する）s to pass a 法律 to 許す the 延長するd 拘留，拘置 or 早い 国外追放 of 違法な 移民，移住（する）s, to 避ける becoming a "（軍の）野営地，陣営" for 経済的な migrants, 総理大臣 Viktor Orban said on Friday.
Hungary is experiencing a 殺到する of 違法な 入ること／参加（者）s from the south, mostly from 貧窮化した Kosovo, the source of 10,000 亡命 使用／適用s in January alone.
Most 適用する for 亡命 to 突き破る off 即座の 国外追放 and 安全な・保証する their 解放（する）. While their 使用／適用s are 存在 過程d, they give 移民／移住 当局 the slip and 押し進める on 西方のs through the EU's borderless Schengen zone.
Orban told public Kossuth 無線で通信する that Austria and Germany, where most of the migrants are 長，率いるing, would 強化する their own 支配するs within months and the migrants would then remain in Hungary.
"If then we do not have 法律s that 許す us to 拘留する them すぐに and 国外追放する them 支援する, then Hungary will become a （軍の）野営地，陣営 for 経済的な migrants," he 追加するd. "This must be 避けるd."
Antal Rogan, 議会の leader of Orban's Fidesz party, last Friday floated the idea of keeping 亡命 探検者s in 拘留，拘置 until their 使用／適用s were 査定する／（税金などを）課すd, and expelling 拒絶するd applicants with 即座の 影響.
Almost all are likely to be 見解（をとる）d as 経済的な migrants with no （人命などを）奪う，主張する to 亡命; Germany 拒絶するd about 99 パーセント of appli cations from Kosovars last year.
Germany said on Thursday that it was sending police officers to Hungary's porous 国境 with Serbia, where most of the Kosovars cross, to help 支配（する）／統制する the 殺到する of 移民，移住（する）s.
